I have met Barbara through my flat rental in Mayfair where she was the property manager. Having moved several times since coming to London I had some very unpleasant experiences before. Barbara was always reachable immediately when something would break in the flat or needed to be replaced. She is extremely organized, calm and sorts out issues very quickly coordinating with her landlords and the tenants. I can only recommend Barbara as an excellent property manager and would without a doubt hire her if I’d own properties myself. I can’t thank her enough for having made our stay in the flat so smooth.
Barbara Chanakira acted as my property manager and point of contact while I rented a property in Mayfair W1 in 2018/2019. I found her to be approachable, pleasant, and diligent. We had a number of issues during my 12-month tenancy and she acted quickly in each case, organized the appropriate trades, and ensured a minimum downtime with as little disruption as possible.
